Yes. It’s a big manufactured witch trial by the Democrats. They fail to see how embarrassing it is that they are more focused on punishing the former administration, rather than focusing on the tasks at hand.

Are you talking about democratic outrage or Democratic outrage? Huge difference. If it’s democratic outrage… no. If it’s Democratic outrage then your question is invalid because the Democratic Party is on board for torture, just as they are for AIG bonuses. One thing that the Democratic Party hates though is union workers who are making a decent wage, have pensions, and are able to make their mortgage payments.

I could careless about getting info by any means from a person that has info that will result in the killing of US citizens. I am sure you wouldnt mind a person being held underwater for a few seconds if they told you that the building that one of your family works at will have a bomb placed in it in 3 days. When the pain hits you and yours, your eyes open up. You think our service men are given the same treatment if caught, your darn right they are tortured!

The only thing to discuss is whether or not water boarding is considered torture, and whether doing it to someone 6 times a day for 30 straight days is torture.
I don’t feel bad for terrorists, but if we’re going to be the ideal society everyone acts like we are, we don’t get to resort to the same tactics as the enemy.
